Have you ever woken up and realized you couldn't move a single muscle?

Experience the most agonizing situation imaginable. You awaken in a body that refuses to respond following a catastrophic stroke. You are trapped in Locked-in Syndrome—a silent, living cage. Everything around you seems normal, but for you, the entire world has shrunk to the only window you have left: your own eyes.

Game Concept In this game, you take on the role of a patient struggling to survive each day, utilizing a unique combination of Gaze Tracking and a minimalist keyboard interface as your only bridge to the outside world.

  • The Power of Your Gaze: Your eyes are your primary tool for exploring and focusing on the screen—whether it’s checking your vital signs, reading medical reports, or staring down the anomalies that creep into your room.
  • Minimalist Control: Use only a few select keyboard keys to interact and make decisions, allowing you to manage your daily life and earn a living on your computer screen even under intense pressure.
  • Survival Cycle: Life in recovery is far from easy. You must tirelessly accept work and complete transactions on your monitor to pay your mounting medical bills. If you fail, your life as a patient comes to an abrupt end.
  • The Unseen Presence: In the dead of night, you begin to feel that you are not alone. Are the things you see through your eyes real, or are they mere manifestations of a damaged mind? You must decide whether to ignore or confront them, using your keyboard and your gaze as your final line of defense.

"Play with your eyes. Control with a key. Pay with your sanity."

This is more than just a simulation; it is a test of your endurance and mental fortitude. When survival no longer depends on physical strength, but on how long you can maintain your sanity and manage your fate while trapped within the shell of Locked-in Syndrome, will you survive?
